The dynamic team of artists including Matthew Benington, book conservators PZ Conservation, mining experts, volunteers, enthusiasts of all things mining and you the public will create a collaborative artwork, exploring the architecture and mining landscapes of Tavistock and beyond. Within the epic town hall, come and help the artists make etching prints of the miners cottages, stately homes, methodist chapels and foundries and place them on this expansive floor map.
A time lapse film will document it developing over the ‘centuries’ and in a day.
Bring along any photos, maps or stories if you can.
